MODERATOR NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between JCDROP LLC ("Company") and the individual accepting the role of Moderator ("Moderator") within the Sim Premier Boxing League platform ("SPB"). 1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION As a Moderator, you will have access to non-public, sensitive information including but not limited to: - Internal platform communications and moderation logs - User account details, emails, and behavioral data - Administrative tools, backend systems, and configuration settings - Dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, and private fight records - Business strategy, product roadmaps, and operational processes 2. OBLIGATIONS You agree to: a) Keep all Confidential Information strictly private and not disclose it to any third party. b) Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing your moderation duties. c) Not screenshot, copy, export, or share any internal data, logs, or user records. d) Not discuss internal decisions, disputes, or administrative matters in public forums, social media, or with other platform users outside your official moderator capacity. e) Report any suspected breach of this Agreement to the Company immediately. 3. MODERATOR CONDUCT As a Moderator you understand and agree that: a) Your role is to enforce platform rules fairly and impartially. b) You will not use your moderator access to benefit yourself, friends, or any faction. c) You will not manipulate fight records, rankings, scores, or any platform data for personal gain. d) Abuse of moderator privileges is grounds for immediate removal and potential legal action. 4. TERM & TERMINATION This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of your moderator role and indefinitely thereafter with respect to Confidential Information obtained during your tenure. Your moderator access may be revoked at any time by the Company. 5. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH Any breach of this Agreement may result in: - Immediate termination of moderator status - Permanent ban from the SPB platform - Legal action for damages caused by the breach 6.
